Date Laddoo

Date Laddoo is sugar-free and a healthy alternative for those sugar cravings.


Prep Time: 15 minutes
Quantity:  20 Laddoos




Ingredients:

1/4 cup    Almonds
1/4 cup    Walnuts
1/4 cup    Cashewnuts
   1 tsp     Sesame seeds
   1 tsp     Flax seeds
1/8 cup   Goji berry, cranberry, raisins
1/2 cup   Dates


Preparation:

  1. 1.Dry roast almonds, walnuts, cashewnuts, sesame seeds and flax seeds in low heat for 5 mins.
  2. Let it cool down.
  3. Put all the ingredients in the mixie and grind to form a sticky dough.
  4. Make balls and the laddoo is ready!

Notes:
  • The dry fruit mix can also be changed according to ones preference.
  • While transferring to the mixie make sure the nuts have cooled down, else the dough becomes a little oily.
